Take a break from what you are doing and think about how your Pastor has made a difference in your life. Has he uncompromisingly shared God's Word every week with you? Has he prayed over you and your family especially in those difficult days when you needed someone? Has his 24/7 steadfast commitment in watching over your church family shown his love for God and you? He is there for you. Watching over your souls.
"Thank you" seems so small, but it could be the very words that bring him the encouragement that he needs just at the right time. Share your heart of gratitude toward your Pastor during the month of October.
